Is it a good time to buy? 
Boy, is that a question I get every day. 
Short answer, it really depends on what news you listen to and what you believe.

2. What do you think is going to happen with inventory?
In my opinion, inventory is the real issue.
But what do YOU think?
Based on those two answers, that will determine whether you think it’s a good time to buy.
Now, if you’re asking me as a professional, is it a good time to buy? I would say yes, it’s a very good time to buy.
Right now, interest rates came down a bit. 
We are in the middle of the holiday season, which means fewer buyers. 
People are distracted, not as much competition. However, having said that, there’s still some competition, and all you need is one other offer to blow your game.
