National Bird Day 2024

How fortunate are we to have a rookery on Mangrove Island off the coast of Morningside! This is one of two rookeries in North Biscayne Bay with over 2,000 sea birds including brown pelicans and the extremely rare Magnificent Frigatebirds amongst other seabirds.

It’s spectacular and right in our backyard. 🐣
