Some of the most important real estate decisions people make happen during times of transition.
Over the past 33 years and more than 1,400 transactions, I’ve helped thousands of clients navigate housing decisions involving estate sales, downsizing, relocation, aging in place, caregiving responsibilities, and major life changes.
As a second-generation Realtor, I inherited not only my parents’ real estate business, but also their commitment to service, integrity, and helping families through life’s transitions. Many of the relationships I have today span decades and multiple generations. In many cases, I’ve had the privilege of helping both parents and their adult children through different stages of life.
This work is personal to me. Helping my 92 year-old mother navigate the realities of aging continues to deepen my understanding of the challenges many families face. I’ve also experienced many aspects of these transitions while helping my own parents, in-laws, and loved ones navigate the many phases of aging. Those experiences gave me a deeper understanding of the emotional, practical, and financial decisions families often face.
What I’ve learned is that these situations are rarely just about real estate. They often involve family history, treasured possessions, caregiving responsibilities, financial considerations, changing health needs, and difficult decisions about the future.
Whether a family is settling an estate, helping a parent downsize, exploring aging-in-place options, preparing a long-held family home for sale, or simply trying to understand their choices, my role is to provide trusted guidance regarding the real estate decisions involved and help connect families with experienced professionals when additional expertise is needed.
My goal is to help make the process less overwhelming, provide clarity when it’s needed most, and help families move forward with confidence.
