City of Miami Announces Temporary Closure of Four Spoil Islands

This was a necessary decision and I applaud the City of Miami for protecting the spoil islands and Biscayne Bay. Hopefully they will open again once they figure out how to implement Leave no Trace. SAVE BISCAYNE BAY!
