This is very important right now, in lieu of what happened with Champlain Towers in Surfside, and with all the recent changes with the insurance guidelines, lending guidelines, and building guidelines.
So this is very, very important, especially now.
How do you get this information?
Well, you need to talk to the property management company or the condo association via the condo board. You need to know what questions to ask to get the answers you need.
