Help for estranged couples in the same house

Today’s Maji’s Market Minute is dedicated to estranged couples that feel stuck in their houses because of the crazy market.

Where will they go? I have successfully negotiated 6 month post occupancies at little to no cost to the seller and have placed the spouses/partners in properties.
