Happy 117th Birthday Coldwell Banker!  

I have been a Realtor for 30 years and have always been at the same office. This is highly unusual in the Real Estate Industry. 

I started my Real Estate career at Coldwell Banker after leaving a successful career in Interior Design and Contract Furniture because of my parents. They were successful Realtors at CB and I knew I had much to learn from them.

I decided to stay after my parent’s retirement and have remained loyal to Coldwell Banker because of the core ethical standards that Coldwell Banker has always abided by that so aligned with mine especially in an industry and city where such qualities might not always be common.

I have been approached many many times over the years but I am not driven by money. I am driven by service…ethics… pursuit of knowledge. This is paramount to me. This is why I have been a Coldwell Banker Realty Realtor since 1993.

The REALTORS® Confidence Index (RCI) survey gathers on-the-ground information from REALTORS® based on their real estate transactions in the month. This report presents key results about market transactions.

Highlights

• 74% of respondents reported that properties sold in less than one month. This is down slightly from 76% a month ago and down from 82% in July 2022.
• 26% of buyers had all-cash sales, unchanged from last month and up slightly from 24% in July 2022.
• Homes listed received an average of 3.0 offers, down from 3.5 last month and up from 2.8 offers in July 2022.
• Due to the lack of housing inventory, the pace of the market, and the use of technology, 9% of buyers purchased a home based only on a virtual tour, showing, or open house without physically seeing the home. Down slightly from one month ago and flat from one year ago.

Highly recommend Ferraro’s Kitchen & Wine Bar on 79 St Italian restaurant. Food was excellent and they have an extensive wine selection. This restaurant is also open for lunch and perfect for a business mtg and/or romantic dinner.
